It took four 10-15 ton truck loads of gravel, over the course of a year's time to make a permanent driveway and parking pad for our RV, a Fleetwood Bounder 32H motorhome. The 4th load, delivered on July 2019 (not 2018) of 5/8" basalt crushed gravel on top of three loads of 1 1/2 - 3/4" basalt should make a very sturdy foundation for a permanent driveway and RV parking pad. At least, that is the objective. Soon, we plan on using our RV as a stationary Airbnb rental where it is currently parked. In fact, we have already rented it for three nights to a couple, relatives of our neighbors and good friends when they held a very large family reunion. And they absolutely loved staying in our RV, saying that they hope to come return in the near future!
