CHOCOLATE MOMOS
Ingredients
3 tablespoons melted dark chocolate
100 grams refined flour (maida) dough
¼ cup crushed mixed nuts
3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Refined flour (maida) for dusting
Method
1. Mix together nuts, coconut, cardamom powder and chocolate in a bowl.
2. Dust some flour on a worktop. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into thin disks. Cut into small discs using a cookie cutter.
3. Stuff each disc with some chocolate mixture, bring the edges together and shape into momos.
4. Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place the momos in it, cover and steam for 5-7 minutes.
5. Serve immediately.
