Political Parties are escalating pressure and questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his policy on Pakistan which has resorted to ceasefire violation along the entire 192-km international border in Jammu and Kashmir. BJPs erstwhile ally, Shiv Sena attacked Modi, saying that he should focus on stopping the "atrocities" by the neighbouring country and not Maharashtra politics. Claiming that Pakistan has been emboldened by government's failure to take "firm" steps against the cross-border firing and shelling, the Sena took a pot-shot at Modi saying one does not need a 56-inch chest to protect the interests of the nation but a strong will power. The Samajwadi Party also attacked the Modi government for its inability to tackle the situation. Social Media Links :-
