Macro-Friendly, High Protein Creamy Chicken & Rice Frozen Burritos
Per burrito (makes 12):
440 Cals
30g Protein
53g Carbs
12g Fat
Ingredients:
24oz Boneless skinless chicken thighs
Seasoned with salt, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, chili powder
Pico:
5 Roma tomatoes , diced
1 white onion , diced
1 jalepeño pepper, diced
~1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Juice of 2 limes
Dash of salt, pepper & garlic powder
300g Spanish @rightrice
Other toppings:
300g @fage Greek yogurt
50g @sietefoods green enchilada sauce
200g 2% cheddar cheese
12 burrito tortillas
To reheat:
- Thaw overnight in fridge, or microwave 2 minutes (1 minute each side)
- Bake at 400, ~8-12 minutes OR air fry at 375, 6-7 minutes
