Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger faced questions from the Home Affairs Select Committee on his decision to publish information leaked by former US intelligence analyst Edward Snowden. Asked by committee chairman Keith Vaz MP if he "loved this country", Mr Rusbridger said he was "slightly surprised to be asked". Committee members Liberal Democrat Julian Huppert and Conservative Mark Reckless spoke to Jeremy Paxman.
