This is a Niche that I have done very well with and I believe its worth a look for anyone interested in real estate investing. You don't need an army of contractors, house plans, permits and the remodel on a vacant lot is basically non existent, a lawnmower can normally do the trick and a for sale sign in a lot of instances that i've seen.
