In this webinar, held on June 10, 2021, Duke-Margolis Center Director Mark McClellan and CMMI Director Liz Fowler discussed a vision and strategy for how CMMI can leverage value-based payments models to support and sustain care transformation and promote health equity. Additional sessions heard from experts in health care payment and delivery reform, value-based care implementation, and health equity discuss the specific actions CMMI can take particularly in the areas of primary care and population health, and to address health disparities and achieve health equity goals.
