The Fat Elvis (Bacon Fried Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich)
white bread of your choice
bananas
creamy peanut butter
fried bacon
bacon grease for frying sandwich
Layer sandwich with the peanut butter on the bottom, followed by the bacon and then the sliced bananas. In a medium pan over medium-low heat, melt bacon grease and bacon bits. Fry the sandwich, banana side down first for 2 or 3 minutes, or until the bread is crisp and brown. Turn sandwich and brown the other side. Serve hot.

To make a Rattlesnake Shooter, pour ½ ounce of Kahlúa in the bottom of a cold shot glass. Carefully float crème de cacao by pouring ½ ounce over the back of a small spoon held above the Kahlúa. Float a ½ ounce Irish cream on top. Knock back in one quaff.
