3 TBSP CORN FLOUR
1 CUP MILK
½ TSPN VANILLA ESSENCE
MIX WELL
1 DROP YELLOW FOOD COLOR
STIR CONTINUESLY
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
COOL DOWN
2 EGG
¼ CUP SUGAR
½ TSPN VANILLA ESSENCE
2 TBSP OIL
MIX WELL
3/4 CUP MILK
MIX
FOR PANCAKE BATTER:
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
¼ TSPN SALT
MIX
POUR THE EGG MIXTURE GRADUALLY
MIX
GREASE OIL IN A PAN
POUR THE BATTER
KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MIN.
RAISE THE EDGES WITH A SPOON
ADD THE CUSTARD FILLING
COVER WITH ANOTHER PANCAKE
COOK FOR 1-2 MIN.
