As 2021 draws close, I fulfill my obligation to the city charter by delivering a State of the City Address. Another year through the pandemic has meant a range of challenges for our city. Still, through the innovative programs and partnerships supported by the strong bonds of our partners in the community, San José weathered this year with great optimism to carry us through to a brighter tomorrow.
