Today I am sharing with you my favorite healthy weight loss pancake recipes that have helped me lose up to 50 LBS of body fat. How? Well, #1 - I didn't use oil and butter, #2 - I used minimal real vegan, plant-based ingredients, and #3 - I was smart with when and how I ate them (more in the video with this - for me this was key). I hope you enjoy this video and realize that you don't have to restrict yourself for weight loss by eating a vegan, plant-based diet. This is not a fad diet, this is the rest of your healthy life. Figure out what works best for you that is healthy and sustainable and then the sky's the limit!

✨ Recipes for Chocolate Pancakes:
1 C Whole Wheat or Oat Flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tbsp unsweet cocoa powder
2 tsp maple syrup or a few drops of stevia for fewer calories
1.5 - 2 C of plant milk depending on how thin or thick you like your
pancakes.
Mix together well and cook on a non-stick pan. Flip when they start to bubble. Top with fresh strawberries, vegan chocolate chips, and a little maple syrup.
Blueberry Pancakes:
Use the same ingredients except eliminate cocoa powder.
Once you start cooking the pancakes, gently add fresh blueberries. Flip when pancakes start to bubble. Add desired toppings and enjoy.
