This is a stop over at Susz in northern Poland. Susz is located to the north west of Iława at the western end of the Masurian lake district. The town of Susz is quite small and is dominated by its lake as well as a large main square that would be recognisable to anyone who went back 150 years in time. Other features of the town include a medieval settlement, the walls of which are very clearly visible and a remarkably well preseved nineteenth century synagogue.
