The Royal Atlantis Located on the Palm Jumeirah, and adjacent to the iconic Atlantis, The Royal Atlantis Residences and Resort offers a selection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom Residences, Sky Courts, Penthouses and Garden Suites. The Developer Royal Atlantis have spent over 2 years working with the design team to ensure it is best in class not only for Dubai but on par with the best developments globally. Other partners include KPF the architects, Sybille De Margerie Design for the interiors and WET water feature creators – responsible for the Bellagio fountains in Las Vegas and the Dubai fountains at the Burj Khalifa. The owners are the Investment Corporation of Dubai and the operators are Kerzner International who are responsible for the Atlantis and One &Only brands.

The building itself is 193 metres at its highest point, almost double the size of the current Atlantis, and sits on a 100,000 square metre plot. The completion date is the 3rd quarter 2019. The Royal Atlantis Residence interiors are very high-spec with marble and carpet throughout, contemporary kitchens with Gaggenau appliances, laundry with Miele appliances, large ceiling heights (between 2.7m to 3m) and full height Swiss glazing. All principle rooms have access to balconies or terraces, and all bedrooms come with their own en-suites and fitted wardrobes. There are also additional benefits such as discounts and preferential bookings at the restaurants and other Atlantis services. Each resident has complimentary access to the hotel facilities, the gymnasium and indoor lap pool, 12 complimentary tickets per bedroom to Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chamber Aquarium.

Discounts for residents include 20% off food and beverages at all restaurants for up to 6 people, 20% off Givenchy and Shuiki spa treatments and 20% off hotel retail. There will also be a list of a la carte services that are chargeable, such as housekeeping, laundry, drivers, catering for dinner parties etc, which can be provided by the hotel operator. The Royal Residences benefit from their own amenities such as indoor & outdoor pools, private beach access, concierge and valet parking. All Residences come with a minimum of 2 car parking spaces.
