Level-up the protein (and deliciousness) of your meals with these easy air fryer tofu puffs. I make a big batch and, if I don't eat them right away, use them in Buddha bowls, entrée salads, and snack platters. Super crispy on the outside, nice 'n' soft on the inside!
Ingredient:
1 package medium tofu.
The How-To:
1. Cut tofu into cubes (1/2 to 1 inch).
2. Place into the air fryer basket, leaving a bit of room between cubes if possible.
3. Cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, shaking the basket twice during cooking (about 5 and 10 minutes in).
Optional: If you wanna get fancy, add seasonings of your choice before cooking. Try cracked black pepper, tamari, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, or anything else you like!
