I am a serious collector of vintage Cadillac Eldorados and personally have seven (7) in my collection. Due to the absence of commercially available solutions I began restoration of critical components for my own classic car collection that evolved into me assisting other collectors with valuable restored items while at the same time
making new Eldorado friends all over the world.

This video depicts the a functional validation test of the completed fully assembled embodiment of as tested under power and the mechanically articulating test of the 5 POSITIONAL TILT and INFINITE TELESCOPIC MOTION of the completed fully assembled Restored Unit. The Oldsmobile Delta 88 T&T Steering Column is virtually identical to the Cadillac Eldorado T&T Steering Column with the exception very minor differences ,.. suffice it to say all internals have the identical Engineering Design Intent.
In this subsequent 2nd video in a 2 video set video I am providing presenting the final validation testing of the fully assembled embodiment of the 1966 OLDSMOBILE DELTA 88 TILT & TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN RESTORATION,.. whereas in the prior 1st video the components were displayed in a PRE-ASSEMBLY STATE ,.. depicting all the individual components after replacement / repair / servicing of the non-assembled parts separately surface treated for corrosion resistance in a pre-lubrication state including the 1/2 round spherical balls that facilitate the TILT FUNCTION and the changing and servicing the three (3) BEARING SETS ,..as part of the in-process work in providing a FULL RESTORATION OF AN ORIGINAL VINTAGE 1966-67 GM OLDSMOBILE TILT & TELESCOPIC STEERING COLUMN.

The predecessor video shows the fully disassembled unit as a layout across the bench depicting the individual components that are repaired/replaced/serviced as part of this comprehensive Restoration.

I provide SHOW QUALITY RESTORATION of the GM Cadillac Original Vintage Steering Wheels from 1959 through 1966 having the (2) two tone colorizing with the chrome accent pieces and the 200 Grip Line specialty design on the front face of the steering wheel ring perimeter.

I also restore the GM Cadillac Original Vintage Steering Wheels with the WoodGrain InLay on the front face perimeter from 1969 through 1978 including the one (1) year only specialty 1969 Rim-Blow steering wheel that is actuated by squeezing the inside perimeter of the steering wheel ring having the embedded Rim-Blow Horn Switch as opposed to the conventional Horn Pad design. I reproduce my own Rim-Blow Horn Switch just as I reproduce the WoodGrain InLay in order to provide this difficult and elegant restoration to "Serious Classic Cadillac Collectors"

I also restore the GM Cadillac Original Vintage Steering Wheels from 1967 through 1968 having the (2) two year only 682 Grip-lines specialty design on the front face of the steering wheel ring perimeter.

I also restore the GM Cadillac Original Vintage Steering Wheels from 1959 through 1966 having the (2) two tone colorizing with the chrome accent pieces and the 200 Grip Line specialty design on the front face of the steering wheel ring perimeter.

I also restore the Original Vintage GM Cadillac Steering Columns from 1959-1978 including the Tilt & Telescopic Variant with specific expertise in the 1967-1968 T&T column having the very problematic turn-signal lever cancellation problem.

I also provide comprehensive SHOW QUALITY RESTORATION of all the GM Cadillac Power Motion ACTUATION SEAT MECHANISM ASSEMBLIES from 1959-1978 ,.. including the 4-Way Bucket Seat Variant - the 2-Way Bucket Seat Variant and the 6-Way Power Seat mechanism for the Strato-Bench Seat.

I also provide a comprehensive complete restoration the vintage Power Antennas all the way to the 5 gear movement cavity, I also restore the original vintage Power Door Lock Actuator/Activator Solenoids, Power Window Switches, Power Actuation Mechanisms for the Bucket Seats and the Strato-Bench Seat and Standard Seating.

I restore the entire range of GM Cadillac Original Vintage Power Antennas from 1959 through 1978 including the specialty four (4) year only Limiting Switch Based Antenna specific to 1973-1976.

I custom fabricate replacement NRS Vacuum Actuator Activators for the Hide-a-Way Headlamp / HeadLight Door Covers specific to the 1967-68 Cadillac Eldorado.

I also restore the original vintage AC Power Servo Units and the AC Vacuum Master Switch.

I also restore the original vintage timing movements for the solid state period clock movements.
I Have over 275,000 original vintage 1967 to 1978 GM Cadillac items in my collection including complete ENGINES - TRANSMISSIONS and FINAL DRIVES - USED or REBUILT or FULLY RESTORED SHOW QUALITY - I also have over 200 Exhaust Manifolds that are Fully Evaluated for ZERO CRACKS Magna-Flux tested.
