✓ This is our 1st ever visit to PittaGoras, to quote them; they say their food is: "Delicious with Mathematical Accuracy".
The delicious vegetarian wrap we had; used an authentic pitta bread imported from Greece, the grilled cheese they use is another import from Greece to which they add the following:
* Tzatziki (Yoghurt, Cucumber & Garlic Sauce),
* Lettuce,
* White Onion,
* Tomato,
* Manouri (Greek White Cheese very similar to Feta),
* Chips,
* Salt,
* Oregano,
* Paprika,
* Tomato Ketchup.
The stall is named Pitta Goras, their "play on words" name is inspired by the great Greek Mathamaticial Philosopher Pythagoras.
There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because the guys here make their Hellenic wraps in full view of you.
