NEVER DO THIS BEFORE TRAINING:
X Cardio of any kind
Cardio is not conducive to warming up. Cardio is only a good warm-up if you’re planning on only doing cardio
X Avoiding a warm-up
Avoiding a proper warm-up will set you up for potential injury which can take you out of the gym for months
X Warming up with high reps
Warming up with high reps will accumulate lactate which is counterproductive to a good training session
