In today's video we visit with Joe and Kara, two American Expats. They detail how they bought a home in Antalya Turkey/Turkiye in Lara Beach as a foreign investment. They recently relocated to Antalya Turkey as American expats. They are buying three properties, two for rental income in Konyaalti, and their new home in Lara Beach, a suburb of Antalya to the East along the Mediterranean coast. Lara Beach boasts a 12 km sandy beach and the famous Duden Falls as attractions. They plan to retire in Turkey and get Turkish residency and enjoy their life in Antalya.
The city of Antalya is a bustling beach city of 2,500,000, which is a popular tourist destination, as well as a year round favorite Expat location. Antalya offers a great quality of life, rich in history and popular beaches. The average US Retiree on Social Security receives $1,550 a month, and a couple on Social Security receives over $2,500 a month. A US Expat living on Social Security can expect a great standard of living in Turkey when compared to the living costs in the US. Turkey is one of the best countries to retire with its extremely low cost of living. It affords a great expat lifestyle.
Currently Turkey is a tremendous value for Expats with income from abroad, the exchange rate when this vide was made was 13.8 Turkish Lira to the US Dollar.
