Locomotive Services Ltd. held their first Open Day at their premises , Crewe Diesel Depot.
My video includes , and starts with clips of the charter the company ran to the event and Chester from London Euston, worked by two of their green class 47's, 1924 and 1944.
Continuing with clips of the many locos and exhibits around the yards and sheds, also unable to avoid capturing many of the crowds of visitors that attended., with all profits going to charity.
The final few clips are taken from the station of locos being shunted around and preparing to leave.
