These are SO good!! Everything you love about a regular philly cheesesteak but wrapped up in a crispy egg roll wrapper!! Sometimes you don't want all that bread, so this is the perfect solution! They are savory and cheesy and I know your Friends and Family will love them!!

Ingredients:
1 lb thinly sliced and chopped Rib eye, new york or sirloin steak
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
sliced provolone cheese
8-10 egg roll wrappers
steak seasoning of choice
1 egg plus 1 T water
