UN Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic Force Commander Lieutenant General HUMPHREY NYONE has advised junior officers to put hard work and service above any other interests to be successful in the military.
General NYONE says it took discipline and self belief for him to rise through the ranks, having served for 29 years in the Zambia Army.
