When buying land there are a lot of pitfalls that no one will tell you about. You usually learn them the hard way, after its too late. Here is the story of one of our farms, the very first one that Mrs. Kapper and I bought together. It was a 70 acre farm and then we were able to purchase the adjoining 30 acres. It was fantastic!!
