Please welcome the newest member of my vintage computer collection - the TA Alphatronic PC-8 in mint condition! This one was made ~ 1983 in Japan, but was designed in Germany by the typewriter company Triumph-Adler (TA). Later, TA went bankrupt and merged with the US company Royal. Royal continued to sell off the remaining machines, and a re-badged version also appeared in the UK under the label MATMOS. If you are happen to have a F1 disk drive for sale for this machine, please let me know :-)
