Gumla (Jharkhand), Oct 30 (ANI): While addressing a public rally in Jharkhand's Gumla on October 30, Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Raghubar Das said, "After becoming Chief Minister of Jharkhand, I went to the tribal areas of the state and it hurts me that our tribal area are still not so developed. Tribal people are so talented and hardworking, specially the women. Without women empowerment, our Jharkhand will not develop." Jharkhand is expected to go to polls by the end of this year.
