A Football Manager 2017 Experiment: What if every Premier League Team had a £1bn Transfer Budget?

In this FM17 experiment, we change the accounts of each premier league team so that they all have the same amount of cash: £1bn. Better yet, they all have the same amount in their transfer budget.

We skip to the end of the transfer window, then the end of the season, and finally to the end of the next transfer window to see what business each club has done.

This is intended to be the first part in a series looking at the longer term effects it will have, but let me know down in the comments if there's other things you would like to see or other experiments you would like me to try in Football Manager 2017!
