The Kenya National Commission on Human Rights has condemned the recent incidents of mob justice in Western Kenya that has claimed at least three lives in the last one week. KNCHR Commissioner Shatikha Chivusia termed the lynching of the three as barbaric and contrary to the laws that should be accorded any suspect until proven guilty by a court of law
This comes in the wake of killing of three suspected criminals in Kapsabet town and a lynch attempt by a mob in Eldoret.
