no yeast ring donuts
Recipe
full batch
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons butter melted
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
4 cups cake flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

half batch
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch bicarbonate soda
pinch of salt

sugar syrup
1+1/2 cup sugar
1+1/2 cup water
stick cinnamon
boil until slightly sticky
dip doughnuts in sugar syrup and coat in coconut
