A walk through downtown Toronto's vibrant Annex neighbourhood. This was recorded shortly after the watermain work on Bloor Street was completed. This was a rare chance to walk through the area with it being entirely closed off to cars (it should be like this more often!). I filmed this on Saturday, November 3rd around 6:15 pm (it's getting dark early).
