Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a program for small business owners that is built on the premise that they do not have to go it alone. Among participants, there is a reported increase in the use of mentors from the 35.9% who reported their use of mentors when they entered the program to the 53.9% who at 18 months reported using a mentor within the last 12 months (and therefore at least six months after their completion of the program).
