To shed more light regarding the TM30 confusion, I've personally visited the local office here in Phitsanulok on Wednesday to hear what they have to say. I wanted to clarify some issued myself, and I wanted to hear them as to how they are going to implement the law straight from their mouth. I'm sure you got the picture (mahirap na at baka iba ang galawan dito samin).
