Former Trade minister Mukhisa Kituyi has been elected the Secretary General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development for a second term starting September this year.
Mukhisa who has held the post since the year 2013 was voted unanimously by the general assembly Thursday after a strong recommendation from the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres.
