1. Deep Squat/Toe Squats
2. In Line Split Squat/Lunge
3. Heel toe walking for balance
4. Bar hanging for grip strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance
5. Shoulder "pass throughs"
6. Overhead Squat
7. Hip Hinging: learn to save your lumbar discs
