Katana is special, blending modern sushi with authentic robatayaki. The robata skewers, grilled over bincho charcoals, delivered a rich smokiness that was both comforting and exhilarating. We were surprised by the grilled avocado which is actually pretty good and those baby back ribs were so good we ordered another.
