A woman has died after a boat capsized in Sydney's west.
Emergency services were called to the Nepean River in Penrith just after midday - after reports of a boat overturning.
Five people - three adults and two teenagers - were on board at the time.
A 33-year-old woman was pulled unconscious from the water and was treated by paramedics at the scene, but died a short time later.
Two men and the two teenagers were taken to hospital in a stable condition and are being treated for minor injuries.
