There are many products available on the market that you can try, but many of them aren’t safe for fish. I personally use food-grade citric acid mixed in water to clean these hard stains, and it works really well. It doesn’t harm the fish, as long as you don’t get a lot of solution mixed to the water column. I personally use it on water change days.
