This sortof story pops up all over Europe, in many countries to the tune of several each year in many nations, not including mine and bomb disposal operations of thousands of unexploded shells and mines from two world wars alone. Here, a rather large one in Exeter, England (UK) had to be denoted (as it couldn't be moved) and lots more details and images on just how much of these things are still out there, more than 75 years after WWII ended. Discussion with Mike Sainsbury, Managing Director of Zetica.
