The family of a US man who died after reportedly contracting the coronavirus on board the Ruby Princess cruise ship is taking legal action against the company.
The Ruby Princess death toll reached 21 after US man Chung Chen died from coronavirus-related illness after returning home from the cruise.
Mr Chen's family is taking legal action against the cruise company, Princess Cruise Lines.
The action alleges the company was aware of a coronavirus outbreak on the ship but failed to take precautionary measures.
