4. SOUNDBITE (English) Demian Bichir/Actor, on the award:
"The National Immigration Law Center honored me with this award. I am saying it with a strange feeling of not deserving it because I am only an actor that represents certain roles, the best way I can. They do all the hard work for all the characters like the one I play in the film that we made."

6. SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Demian Bichir/Actor, on receiving the award:
"It's an award that honors us tremendously to receive. I speak for Chris (Weitz), Jose Julian and for me. This comes from an organization that is so important and decisive of the times we are currently living with the whole community of undocumented workers. They call it the Courageous Luminaries Award, which I think the people who are actually courageous and are luminaries are the men and women that despite all the battles continue to work hard with the hope that one day they will be able to walk the streets without fear of being detained, of being deported. So in one way we share this acknowledgment with all of them."

8. SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Demian Bichir/Actor, on how he hopes U.S. immigration can improve:
"They need to create and make a law on immigration that will not only allow all these workers to live freely but to also recognize all the work that they do for the economy and to this country. I think it will happen, it has to happen. It's just one more social fight we have in this country and we are going to win."
9. Pan from camera cutaway to Demian Bichir speaking to a reporter
10. SOUNDBITE (Spanish) Demian Bichir/Actor, on his upcoming projects:
"We made a few movies this year, three plus a pilot. I hope they green light it, so we can shoot it in 2013. There is another movie with Robert Rodriguez, it's the sequel to 'Machete,' which was lots of fun to work on. He's a great guy. Plus a movie with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy and another with Jude Law, which was filmed in France and England. "
Reporter: "You don't take a break."
Bichir: "This year has been busy, but that's how this is. Sometimes it's busy, but not always."
