I'll be careful next time while cleaning the PC.
Here are the things to do before blowing air.
1. Remove Rams 😅
2. Tape the Fans if required.
3. Tape the Fans to open your GPU to avoid any damage.
4. Blow air at low speed.
5. Keep blower at least 1 ft away.
