Dr. Weiner’s triNECKta treatment that includes hyperdilute Radiesse, the Genius, and topicals is demonstrated in this video. In the first segment, Dr. Weiner’s PA, Brittany, is showing the neck injection with the Radiesse in the subcutaneous plane using a 22g Softfil cannula. The Radiesse in this patient is mixed 4:1, 6cc of saline/lidocaine with 1 syringe of Radiesse. There are 5 entry points. Ultrasound is used to show the plane of injection. Genius is an RF microneedling system from Lutronic and is performed immediately after the injection. For improved comfort PRONOX is added. The addition of the CAREfilter improves the safety for the provider as well as the patient by reducing the viral risk. 36 hour follow-up video shows the rapid recovery with minimal downtime that the triNECKta procedure offers. A series of 2-3 is usually needed for best results.
