A sudden storm left window cleaners hanging from ropes on a 51-storey skyscraper. The workers had started work outside the 243-metre Chinese Central Television (CCTV) headquarters building when the weather was clear, but dark clouds and heavy winds appeared soon after leaving the workers dangling precariously off the building. Local media later reported that all the workers were rescued safely.
