Q: How can I get my Local Police Records Check done?

A: After you fill out the first page of the Local Police Records Check for the Purpose of the Records Suspension Application, which requires you to write in your personal and contact information, as well as to sign an authorization, you need to make a photocopy for each Police department you're going to contact.
After that, you need to contact the Police department at every place you lived in for the last 5 years, even if you lived abroad. After showing them your Criminal Record, you need to get them to fill out the second page of the Records Check form.
You'll need to have one ID with a picture and one ID without a picture for personal identification.
