Yes, only in 2 cases:
✅You have already completed one year of graduation in India. (But your university should be recognised. Please check on anabin.kmk.org to know if you need to do Studienkolleg or not)

✅You have cleared JEE mains.

There are different types of Studienkolleg like

M Kurs (for subjects like Medicine, Dentistry)
W Kurs (for subjects like Business Studies, Economics, Pol Science)
T Kurs( for subjects like Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics)
G Kurs(for humanities)
✅There are two types of Studienkolleg in terms of public and private. But to start public or private rStudienkolleg, German language level B1/ B2 is required.
