IEBC commissioners Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyangaya who were scheduled to defend themselves against four petitions seeking their removal from office have through their lawyers waived their right to respond to the accusations levelled against them saying they had not been granted sufficient time to prepare.
Committee members and petitioners in the case angered by the commissioners request for fresh documents saying they were deploying tactics to scuttle the hearings.
