In this "how to" I show you how to efficiently skin a catfish like a pro in under two minutes. It's quite simple, make a small cut on both sides of the fish, the run the knife under the dorsal fin at a 45 degree angle. Take some pliers and peel the skin back, you should easily be able to remove all skin with wasting any meat. You then grab the head pushing it down while moving the body up to remove all of the entrails and guts. Rinse and you are ready to prepare for cooking.
