While over a billion people around the world joyously celebrate the birth of Jesus, Christmas time in the Middle East can often be a sad and tragic time.
In most Muslim majority countries in the area and even in Bethlehem the birth place of Jesus, Christians continue to suffer severe persecution causing many to flee or remain to suffer a living hell on earth.
Yet, not all hope is lost for Christians in the Middle East because there is one country where Christians have complete freedom and where Christmas is always celebrated, and that country is Israel.
The Rebel Media recently visited Haifa and Nazareth to see how Christians will be celebrating Christmas this year.
