A freak Winter blizzard has paralyzed the Belarusian capital of Minsk, stranding cars and clogging traffic. Commuters complained of 'living hell' on the roads as high winds and heavy snow shut public transportation down.
Belarusian police Tweeted that snow is expected to continue accumulating for the next day, warning motorists to stay off the roads.
