Staggeringly, 1.5 billion people in the world currently suffer from chronic pain. That's almost 1 in every 5 people and unfortunately for many, this isn't something that's going away any time soon. We need a better understanding of what chronic pain is.
Yet despite how common it is, we just don't seem to give those struggling with a genuine explanation of what chronic pain is, why it hangs around and how to go about digging yourself out from that hole.
In this video, I explain why chronic pain is often not what it's promoted to be and why regaining control of your nervous system is crucial to any and all long-term success.
