Our CrossFit classes are perfect for anyone looking to improve their health and performance. Each CrossFit class is an hour long and includes the warm-up, skill progression, workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. The workout of the day varies each day and is scalable for all. Our certified coaching staff will lead you every step of the way. At NorthEast CrossFit we understand that every individual does not come in with the same goals. This is why we offer goal based group programming in two paths: Fitness & Sport.
