So in this video I discuss, the development of the British Army Reserve. From its early incarnation in 1908, as the Territorial Force into WW1, to its renaming as the Territorial Army in 1921 through WW2, its renaming again, in 1967, to the Territorial & Army Volunteer Reserve, to another name change, in 1979, when it reverted back, to the Territorial Army and eventually its latest form, (2014 - onwards) the Army Reserve.
